The change our crises call for needs a shift in collective worldview, not only technical solutions. Towards that shift, and the resilience to navigate breakdown wisely and build what comes next, this paper offers a model of developmental spaces: places where communities take part in sustained inner development, across many areas of life, in the service of cultural change.
It sets out why inner development matters for changing systems, the qualities these spaces need, and recommendations for building the field and putting the model into practice. The aim is a model that can be repeated and grown, widely enough to reach large parts of society.
